Finding a perfect subtitle file for a movie is a big task.
Some of them might be with different time length or for a different movie format
which will not excactly match with your movie.
Subtitle Editor is a small tool to edit time information of your subtitle file (.srt)
With SubEdit 1.0, you can align timing information of subtitles in a single run. You need not to worry
about calculating and editing each and every subtitle's time info, the tool will do everything in a single shot.
Usage: SubEdit.exe /f <filename.srt> /h <starthour> /m <startminute> /s <startsecond> /i <startmillisec> /d <diffmillisec>
/f = subtitle filename
/h = start hour of the first subtitle
/m = start minute of the first subtitle
/s = start second of the first subtitle
/i = start milli second of the first subtitle
/d = this value (in milliseconds) will be added with intervals between each subtitle

Example: SubEdit.exe /f "I am Sam 1 Eng.srt" /s 10 > Output.srt
Output file will start like this,
1
00:00:10,000 --> 00:00:13,600
Decaf double tall nonfat capp
for Bruce.
