Commandline Tool to recover corrupted jpg files. This tool will scan through the given folder and will try to recover only the corrupted jpg files.

How to use: - Download the recoveryXpert.zip file - Extract the tool to a folder - Open command prompt (Start menu-> Run-> "Cmd" or Start Menu->All Programs->Accessories->Command Prompt) - Navigate to the tool's directory (where it is extracted) - Use the below given instructions to run the tool Usage: recoveryXpert.exe <jpg folder>

Example: recoveryXpert.exe d:\photos Recovered files will be placed under "Recovered" folder of the given path eg: d:\photos\Recovered Note: The tool will try to arrange jpg file format back to proper order. It will not change the source jpg file data. The tool will not recover files if, -Any loss of data in the source jpg file -Jpg header missing in the source file -Jpg markers missing in the source file - And there may be more conditions, but the tool will try its best at the maximum.
